The Digital Production Manager (DPM) is responsible for managing member programs that promote social consciousness, provide value to membership, and align with YA’s mission. These programs include, but are not limited to, educational programming (workshops, podcasts, and some articles) and Member Perks. The DPM is efficient with using software and project management tools to produce and administer educational content. He/she is also comfortable with public speaking as the moderator and host of workshops and podcasts.

Responsibilities:
Manage member benefit programs including educational programming (podcasts, workshops, and some articles) and Member Perks

Administer workflows for podcasts, workshops, and strategic partnerships

Meet production deadlines and project timelines

Evaluate, maintain, and create educational content that supports internal and external stakeholders

Develop and foster long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders (education providers, thought leaders, and partners)

Maintain professional and technical knowledge through professional development training and by reviewing professional publications

Evaluate the administration of membership programming to ensure that it aligns with industry standards

Manage and produce workshops and podcasts

Experience using technology platforms and equipment to produce programming including, but not limited to: webinar platforms, webcams, video cameras, digital recorders and adaptors, compressors, microphones, audio editing software, Facebook Live, and other social media platforms

Moderate and host workshops and podcasts; experience with public speaking through digital media for educational programming and outreach

Lead, mentor, and guide staffers to meet the department vision and goals

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred; a minimum of two years of leadership experience is preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills; experience with public speaking through digital media

Proven record of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders

Reliability and punctuality

Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Experience with using technology, equipment, and platforms to administer digital educational programming

Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
