Desktop Survey Drafter 1 job – CCI Systems – Iron Mountain, MI

Job Responsibilities include

but are not limited to the following:
Verifying physical

addresses to produce construction cost estimates for a customer.

Ability to research

and verify information.

Assembling backup

information to submit to a customer in the form of a workbook.

Updating various

software systems and spreadsheets with required information.

Regularly meet with

Project Manager, Project Supervisor and/or Lead Drafter to ensure that all

stated goals and objectives are met.

Work as a team to

ensure accuracy and quality of customer drawings, sketches, field notes, and

technical specifications.

Perform other

related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and

Skills:
Working knowledge

of MS Office.

CAD Drafting

experience a plus but not required.

Good hand-eye

coordination.

Ability to

understand and follow process.

Dedicated,

quick-learner/self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions.

Ability to

communicate effectively with co-workers.

Ability to work within timelines, and

sudden shifts in priority.

A

willingness to learn and accept additional responsibilities.

Ability

to sit for long periods of time.

Requires

repetitive motion of the wrist, hands and/or fingers while operating a

computer.

Additional

Information:
First shift hours 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Second shift hours 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Typically this is the shift available.

Weekend shift.

Some work outside of these normal workday hours will be

required.
