Title: Deployment Services Senior Partner
Location: Virtual US
The Deployment Services Senior Partner leads a Services Deployment team within the United States. The Sr Partner is responsible for the delivery of Program/Project Management services that ensure the profitable and successful execution of all deployment services for NCR customers. Deployment Services include project management, site coordination, site readiness (cabling, rigging, construction) staging, installation, and customer training. The Managing Partner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering best-in-class program/project management services that differentiate NCR from competitors, and for achieving stated financial objectives. The Sr Partner must thoroughly understand customer requirements as well as the competitive marketplace. The Sr Partner will provide thought leadership to customers, business peers within the Sales and Services organization, and to NCR’s partners to drive and implement the strategic direction for the delivery of all deployment services and NCR solutions. The Managing Partners must also work with other NCR organizations that impact deployment services either directly or indirectly. This individual is also a subject matter expert to the Transaction Services leadership team. Strong communications and relationship building skills are critical.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Play a major role in the leadership of all PS practices within their area team.
Build the business plans for their area providing focus in the development of capabilities, including recruiting, investment decisions, pricing, and coaching others in professional development.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the organization in the area of professional services and facilitate the continuous knowledge transfer relative to the Professional Services to solution/area/region leadership.
Supports and offers guidance to PS Managers and IC Managers in the following areas: sales support, including responsibility for bid/no-bid decisions and project management, ensure that advocated tools, methodologies and processes are deployed and consistently used within and among the teams.
Ensure that solution consultants are trained and educated to deliver the support required; and are utilized efficiently and within industry metrics; career planning, pathing, creating and maintaining communities of interest among Managers/ Consultants and ICs.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers, industry partners, and external organizations.
Support and facilitate a work environment that enables us to recruit, develop and retain top talent as a means to drive revenue growth and increased profitability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline; or equivalent education, knowledge and/or experience as determined by the hiring organization.
Strong experience in Project Management and roll out deployment services
Continuous education in state of the art business strategies, design concepts and methodologies and/or technologies
Ability to manage a successful business and P&L supported by a successful history of accomplishment
Hands on management experience in a number of business disciplines such marketing and sales, operations, financial management, information technology and systems development, with proven ability to develop and integrate plans.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Ability to positively present themselves, NCR and consulting services.
Minimum of ten years of General management experience.
Minimum of five to seven years as an internal or external consultant with broad exposure and experience in a variety of circumstances
PMP Certification and/ or Masters Certificate in Project Management preferred
