Department Assistant job – Samaritan Health Services – Corvallis, OR

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Performs a wide range of secretarial and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department.

This position will cover open shifts due to vacation and illness, as well as help to cover clerical needs in our growing foot care clinic.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience and/or training with computer applications required.

Two (2) years experience in a position of similar complexity and responsibility required or equivalent college level course work.

Experience and/or training with medical terminology preferred.

GSRMC Diab & Wnd Mgmt:
Typing speed of 35 wpm preferred.
