We are a rapidly growing company based in Emeryville, CA with an office in Lee’s Summit, MO that designs, markets and sells frozen blended drinks as well as equipment to blend them to retail locations nationwide (think: Milkshakes, Smoothies and Frozen Cappuccino). While our business is all about great tasting frozen beverages, our unique offering is made possible by a proprietary blender. We are growing fast, so while we are currently still relatively small in terms of employees, our growth rate and revenue are not. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Support 1 position is a key part of our customer-focused philosophy, and thus your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers. In this role you will contact f’real customers to provide assistance with issues and to provide training over the phone on operating the f’real program. Providing exceptional customer service in a fast- paced, high-volume environment is critical. This position will be based in our Lee’s Summit, MO office and will report directly to the Customer Support Team Leader.
Train new customers via the phone on the f’real program
Troubleshoot connectivity issues
Follow up with customers regarding existing cases
Receive and enter orders
Receive sales leads from potential customers
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
We’re looking for a highly-motivated, smart and conscientious person who is passionate about consumer products. You should have excellent communication skills with a great customer support background. You should be comfortable taking the bull by the horns, working independently and as a team. You will be an integral member of a fairly small, very tight knit working team, so great team work, an enthusiastic can-do attitude and a sense of humor will be essential.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required – Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills and pleasant manner
Prior customer service experience
Flexible and calm under pressure
