The Phone Representative/Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and providing support our internal partners, our dealers and our customers. This individual must have passion to service all customers, thrive in a high-intensity, high volume environment while achieving the highest level of customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Provide effective customer management with efficient, courteous service while solving complex customer service issues. Providing information and resolve inquires in a timely manner.
  • Identify, research, and be the point person to resolve customer issues. Actively work to address customer needs, and suggest practical and expedient solutions to ensure a high quality customer experience.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • One year customer service experience required
  • Engaging personality
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact; demonstrated ability to resolve customer conflicts successfully
  • Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to work some evenings and weekends
