The Customer Service Account Manager acts as a liaison between our outreach program and its members or potential members. Responsible for assisting members or potential members with issues and/or inquiries they may have about their eligibility and appointments. This role is responsible for receiving and addressing member inquiries, resolution of member complaints, client education, retention of customers.
Training Provided and Responsibilities:

Compensation consists of a base pay and bonuses, each position ranges with responsibilities and income opportunities. Will review individuals’ background and qualifications, if an asset to our company we will be flexible to the interviewees’ needs.
