A well-funded startup for a consumer facing mobile app is seeking a customer service oriented individual to join the customer care team. An intern is responsible for providing in-person support for all customers and business partners. The individual will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of use cases, outcomes, and solutions. The applicant will be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users, corporate partners, and within the organization. Our company is committed to excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. A successful intern will take ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
