The Customer Account Manager must be skilled and have experience in customer engagement and account management, particularly for IT. Individual may be asked to 1) build and maintain customer relationships 2) support external customer communications and outreach 3) support coordination to the client 4) report on performance management and 5) support governance related activities within the client environment.
