Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative execution of web, user experience, digital, social-media, print, and other visual communication needs of the company
  • Develop, manage and promote the use of visual and structural brand style guides so all communications and web sites present a unified look and message
  • Conceptualize and create compelling multi-platform experiences that show off the capabilities of our products
  • Contribute to the design of some of our key end-user-facing products and technologies
  • Help create materials that explain our products to current and prospective customers
  • Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices for design communications
  • Have a deep understanding of Modo Labs, its’ mission and value proposition

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a visual designer in a market-facing communications role (e.g., agency, marketing department, publication design, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating smart, creative, effective design communication
  • Expertise in Adobe design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint)
  • Expertise with WordPress or other CMS a plus
  • Experience working in a technology company a plus
