The Secretary II position is designed to provide high quality service to all individuals served and customers. This position is expected to perform all assigned clerical duties in order to maintain program/registration/liability operations. Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff/departments in a courteous and professional manner. Record and process payment for service. Sort and distribute mail. Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy. Other duties as assigned.
