Manage training program for Corporate Services. Manage the product activation process. Manage sales territories. Implement corporate pricing for all corporate customers. Manage quality assurance system throughout Corporate Services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct all new hire training for Corporate Services. Conduct all refresher training conducive to procedures and policies of department. Manage product activation process which includes activating and deleting chemicals in system. Work with Corporate Sales Managers and payroll to set up and change territories that drive commissions. Implement corporate prices into system and update accounts once negotiated by Corporate Sales. Create, manage and conduct quality audits on orders, phone monitoring, and general account maintenance. Assist in identifying process improvements utilizing audit results.
Assist with various projects within Corporate Services. Floater for customer service coverage. Manage all asset recovery functions. Other duties as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
College degree, and at least 3-5 years Customer Service experience. High degree of experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of operations is desired.
