The B2B Coordinator supports the B2B Sales Channel by assisting with requests sent from both Sales as well as Business Customers. To help drive key metrics surrounding growth, profitability, and the customer experience the coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Responds to requests from the field sales staff for information such as, but not limited to, price plan analysis requests, account inquiries, billing questions or concerns, OCC inquiries, general customer service, problem solving, and follow-up on customer service issues.
Develop and coordinate customer trainings, education, and support regarding wireless solutions through webinars, on-site meetings, and deployments. Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote Verizon Wireless and increase presence in the community by developing relationships through chambers of commerce.
Facilitate requests for new equipment, accessories, and account maintenance while ensuring all compliance procedures are followed.
Help customers with utilizing self-serve options available to B2B customers. This includes face to face and webinar trainings, trouble-shooting, customization, and maintenance of the portals. Explain the benefits of self-serve to both internal and external customers.
Work with team to help drive down cost control metrics including discounting and return rates. Must be able to work with spreadsheets to analyze data, interpret trends, and advise of actions to be taken.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience in sales or customer service with business accounts required.
Strong Technical knowledge of VZW products & services.
Strong cold-calling and lead generation capabilities preferred.
Familiarity with billing systems and order entry systems a plus.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required.
Effective negotiation and closing skills required.
