As a Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up your station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to Uncle Julio’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications. Duties of this position will include set up of equipment, and preparing and portioning food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. A qualified applicant must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 25 pounds without assistance up to 50 pounds with assistance, and work in a hot noisy environment. In addition, this position has a varying schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Depending on the store location, having or obtaining a food handler’s certification may be required.
