Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting Contract Activities for our Local/State/Federal Government business and National Account groups. This includes daily quotation, bid submissions, contract coordination and completion and working with sales personnel and internal departments in a supportive role. The individual will assist with bid preparation, compliance, contract review, and modifications. They will provide monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting and pricing updates using Excel for multiple contracts.

This is a new position to help grow our business in the government sector.

Candidate Requirements:
2 years’ experience with Government contract administration and RFP/RFQ process

College degree preferred

Microsoft Office proficient

Prefer experience in using in using computer systems, such as GSA Advantage, BidSuiteServices, SIP, etc.

Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

Organized and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities Include:
Generate Government and National Account sales reports monthly

Coordinate and organize Government-related activities, including Managing database of contracts and agreements and maintaining and reviewing all Government annual registrations

Complete and submit vendor contracts on timely basis

Evaluate & facilitate new government business opportunities

Manage the proposal process from RFP review to final submission

Submit on-line web bid proposals for Government RFQs.

Ensure compliance with GSA and other Government contracts
