Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, take acute messages rapidly and respectfully and ensure proper communication to and from caller.
* High School diploma or equivalency
* Polite telephone manner and personality
* Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
* Basic computer skills
* Active listening skills
* Knowledge of telephone etiquette
* Accurately type 30 words per minute while talking on the phone
* Contact center experience desired but not required
* Bi-Lingual a plus
* Must provide eligibility to work in US
* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background check.
