The graphic designer is responsible for producing high-quality marketing and communications materials in a variety of mediums. This person must be a team player and be responsible for managing the quality of graphic design work performed by other City staff and vendors. This person will have a key role in protecting the City’s visual brand and image.
The graphic designer will serve as a member of the City’s Communications division and will report to the Strategic Communications Director.

Required Experience and Training:
Applicants should have 4+ years’ experience as a designer at an agency, design firm, company or other governmental agency. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered. Applicants should provide additional details about relevant training, education and experience. Applicants should specify the programs and software they are able to use.
Candidates must submit a portfolio of graphic design work in a variety of marketing mediums for consideration during the application process.
