Client Sales Manager – Catholic Health Initiatives – Houston, TX

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will sell the full portfolio of products and services that support employer’s needs including, but not limited to, health & wellness, occupational health, corporate health, and general and preventive health programs. This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing a sales inventory that aligns with and is in support of the Strategic Market Executive’s market strategy. This position is a client-facing role and includes travel to client locations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and has proven experience in both health & wellness sales and account management.

Essential Duties:
Sells integrated business solutions for

new and existing clients achieving baseline sales and quarterly sales

performance metrics

Works closely with operations and partners

to sell and deliver products and solutions in alignment with client

requirements

Works closely with a cross-functional team to effectively

build client relationships to drive results for maximizing client retention and

member satisfaction

Completes tasks and presentations at the direction of the Strategic

Market Executive

Works closely with account managers for ongoing sales

support and cross-selling complementary products and services

Develops sales channels and records all activity in the

sales platform

Responsible for achieving sales goals and works with

Strategic Market Executive to develop sales plan

Review, benchmark and recommend service standards related to

customer requests that include repeatable processes

Effectively manages client expectations and escalations to

full resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications

Experience:
7+ years

demonstrated success in account management roles with proven results

5+ years

of experience in healthcare (3 years in health and wellness preferred)

7+ years

of experience in direct sales or business development

Demonstrated

ability to effectively drive strategic transformation work

Excellent

written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to

communicate complex messages with a wide range of audiences on an

internaland external basis

Comfortable

with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated

ability to work effectively in a matrix-oriented organization

Education:
Bachelor degree required; Masters in business, healthcare

administration, or related field is preferred.
