Will perform data entry pertaining to ICD/CPT coding and utilize knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day care coordination and tasks
related to case coordination.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Good customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in MS Outlook and ability to use other software/systems
HS diploma or GED
Experience in an IPA or HMO/Health Plan setting.
