Foresight Group’s Business Transformation Team Members provide management consulting services to companies in the life sciences domain. In this role, one works collaboratively with Foresight Group global colleagues and guides customers when making significant changes to their pharmacovigilance processes or merge with other companies, and/or implement or upgrade their drug safety systems.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Perform PV gap analysis, define to-be processes, work with pharmaceutical companies to optimize future processes, provide training and post-transition support
Own individual project deliverables and ensure effective implementation of tasks in a high quality manner
Support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews, as required
Prepare various documents such as status reports, process maps, SOP impact assessments, training materials and user manuals
Work is performed at Foresight Group customer locations and remotely
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, having the ability to clearly communicate with internal and external clients
Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance operations knowledge; understands drug safety best practices and regulations
Previous experience with drug safety/adverse event systems such as Argus, ARIS, etc.
Completed at least a four-year degree
Possess a minimum of two ( 2) years of work experience in the safety/pharmacovigilance department of a pharmaceutical company, preferably some hands-on experiences on case processing
Willingness and ability to travel ( domestic and international)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
Quality-oriented with attention to detail. Motivated and has ability to follow-up and follow-through on all activities
Previous consulting experience is preferred
Team members can reside anywhere in the US: preference either east or west coast.
