We are currently in search of a Business Process Integration Manager to join our team! This position is a senior role which involves overseeing the use and functional aspects of the operational systems which support the development areas of the organization, as well as the workflow and system parameters. The Business Process Integration Manager has the responsibility to ensure that the support systems are effectively used, and that the use of the support systems is consistent between all areas of development and other departments within the organization. The Business Process Integration Manager will also serve as a liaison with other departments (Finance, GIK, Internal Audit, Security, etc.) to facilitate collaboration and understanding within the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

Job Requirements:
Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

Experience preparing and presenting reports and results to management

Experience collaborating across multiple departments to develop initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence

Experience developing annual departmental budgets

Experience with implementation and team efforts related to support systems implementation and upgrades

Experience with operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the mission of the organization and department

Essential Job Functions

Provide leadership across the development and program team(s) related to business intelligence reporting and business reports available through the various business and key development systems, such as; BBCRM, Luminate Online, BB Communications Services, etc.

Responsible for the definition and management of business processes and workflow configurations for the Blackbaud’s donor management systems.

Establish system processes that result in the ability to gather information from development managers and program staff to articulate and report on project goals, activities, anticipated outcomes, successes, and challenges.

Analyze, communicate, and prepare presentations to the development management team and executive management teams. Measure annual performance by using typical revenue KPIs.

Work directly with the Development Solutions Architect and the Information Technology Business Intelligence (BI) department to define new reporting requirements and advise on modifications to existing reports and dashboards.

Manage the effective use of BB CRM and Luminate Online across all fundraising/development departments.

Ensure the development team roles are clear, data entry is accurate and efficient, and reports meaningfully support the development department’s initiatives.

Assist in the coordination of online fundraising team efforts, associated campaigns, and defining outcomes desired and how those can be managed, tracked and accounted for within the Blackbaud operating systems.

Responsible for the definition and management of the fundraising source codes and be the liaison with the Finance department for revenue reporting purposes.

Provide the liaison role for the development and program departments with the Development Solutions Architect.

Establish scorecard metrics to evaluate the health and quality of assigned business processes and overall development team performance.

Actively participate in Blackbaud user groups and pro-actively provide input to Blackbaud on business system needs and represent Feed the Children’s interests in future releases.

Lead development team members to foster creativity and commitment to their work, individually and collectively.

During the Blackbaud project, obtain a complete business perspective of the solution and the key uses and features that will be used by the development and program teams.

Will actively participate in the Blackbaud implementation project and attend all design cycle meetings. Provide leadership and problem solving skill related to business processes and workflow configurations.

Work directly with the Blackbaud and Feed the Children Project Managers to insure business processes and workflow decisions are understood by all subject matter experts (SMEs) that are participating in the project.

Provide the liaison role between the development department and volunteer programs.

Maintains regular attendance and punctuality which are critical in order to complete the day to day tasks of this position.

Perform other duties, as directed.
