Supervision of staff
Schedule appointments, checking patients out, arranging meetings and conferences, develop processes to maximize office resources and equipment and anticipating the needs of patients as they arise.
Promote a professional atmosphere through courteous communication, cooperation and respect for patients, visitors and members of the health care team
Manage billing functions and customer service for patients and families, acting as a liaison to the physicians and hospital departments, including collections/AR, Accounts Payable, Billing Insurance Verifications, etc.
Associates Degree in Business, Health administration or related field
3-5 years of progressive supervisory experience in an ambulatory practice or hospital-based clinic setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working within EPIC
