The Business Functional Manager will provide strategic direction for Community Banking business and risk teams related to key and critical governance programs such as Committee Governance, Policy Program Office and Implementation, Change Management Office, Implementation Risk, Strategic Risk and Reputation Risk. The manager will be responsible for the development, execution, monitoring and maintenance for the key and critical governance programs setting the risk framework within which the business operates, manages risk and makes decisions.
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, quality assurance, strategic planning, or project management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
