Batch Convert, Merge, Split, Encrypt, Decrypt PDF Files

iPDF Express is a free, simple and straightforward tool that allows batch processing of PDF files. It can handle converting PDF to images (and image to PDF), encrypting PDF, decrypting PDF, merging PDF, splitting PDF, and more.

The best thing about this software is its interface. It doesn’t boggle the user with menus upon menus, and submenus; instead, it relies on simple, drag-and-drop one-click interface to handle all its operations. The main window starts with the Image to PDF (and reverse) conversion.

Simply drag and drop the file(s) that you want converted, select output folder and click start. Conversion is fast and accurate, and you will get your output files in no time.

The software also allows encryption and decryption of PDF files, as well as merging multiple PDFs into one, and splitting one into several. Options are plentiful and again, easy to use.

iPDF Express EncryptThe program also records the history of all your actions, and you can simple play them back just by mouse hover, without even the need for clicking.

iPDF Express is a must have utility for those who have to often deal with PDF files and their batch processing. We tested it to work fine with Windows 7, and should work with previous versions of Windows as well.

There are two paid versions of this application available as well, iPDF Standard and iPDF Pro, which add some additional features like Office documents to PDF conversion, watermark support, etc. Please note that Office 2010 has a build-in option to convert the document to PDF format, this app will only be useful to those who want to batch convert hundreds of documents to PDF format.
