Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Road to the Sale process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
  • Meet daily phone and email quota
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
  • Training will be provided


  • Motivation to be successful

  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, CRM, Autotrader)
  • Prior sales or retail experience preferred
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
