As an Associate IC Strategist, you are expected to
Create and deliver change strategies: Work closely with clients to gain clear understanding of the organization , what works, and what does not work. Understand strengths and opportunities to recommend actionable next steps ( e.g human – centered design process, structure and governance, hiring, team building , etc.)
Work with and coach senior leaders at client organization s : Engage senior leaders throughout the human – centered design process and help them understand and socialize this work
Develop our internal capabilities : Create , codify and propagate new Continuum approaches, processes and strategic assets to help organizations become more innovative and customer focused
As a member of the Strategy practice you are expected to
Collaborate through all phases of project work including alignment with client, understanding context, developing non-obvious insights, exploring and defining opportunities, creating actionable/tangible design expressions, and helping clients go to market.
Conceptualize compelling and meaningful opportunities for consumers and clients. In this position you will work closely with designers and engineers to develop ideas for new products, services and experiences.
Explore real world problems using a combination of creative and analytic tools. Question your choices and iterate until you get it right. Develop and test hypotheses with your team and consumers.
Create compelling value propositions for consumers and clients. Articulate ideas for new products, services and experiences that will compel consumers, and contribute to business success. Make tradeoffs to come up with solutions that work for both people and clients.
Additional considerations You are p assion ate about implementing new initiatives within organizations You have p roven track record in creating meaningful change within organizations You enjoy working closely in a team with people who possess diverse skills and working styles You are willing to travel approximately 30% of each year for project work 1-3 years’ relevant work experience in design innovation, or management consultancy, or corporation BA degree; advanced degree preferred
