The position of the Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Caribou/Bruegger’s is designed to ensure the successful daily operations of two unique brands, Caribou Coffee and Bruegger’s, in a co-branded location. The AGM upholds the standard operating procedures of both brands while creating a memorable experience for each and every guest and ensuring the delivery of fast and friendly service, quality products and a clean, safe store environment.
Operations and Produce
