The Administrative/Accounting Assistant provides administrative and customer support to the Trader and may occasionally assist others. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the entire purchase and sales contract process from entry to final settlement. The individual in this position maintains a computer database of information should have a general knowledge of accounting procedures, is responsible for accurately inputting trades, generating reports, troubleshooting to resolve issues, and providing customer service to buyers and sellers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This individual reports directly to their assigned Location Manager(s) and assists with documenting daily trading of commodities, data entry into computer to record quantity, cost, delivery and billing information.
Education / Experience
Entry level, 2-year or 4-year degree
