Prominent San Diego builder/developer is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our fast growing company.

Administrative Assistant would perform administrative and office support activities for supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Microsoft Office software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

  • Email Routing and Follow-Up
  • Establishing Contact/Distribution Lists
  • Addressing Work-Flow with Staff
