Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety (AVS), Aircraft Certification Service (AIR), International Division (AIR-400)
Prepares written materials for meetings and conferences, tracks staff projects, tracks and analyzes data, and assisting in the development of administrative operating procedures for the Division
Serves as purchase card holder for the Division
Maintains the automated mail control program (Central Control Monitoring System-CCMS), or other programs; tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence in various formats
Tracks the division’s monthly travel expenses
Reviews time and attendance, and labor distribution records for management approval
Administers and tracks the Division’s telework agreements, and maintains calendars for the Division and Assistant managers
Reviews correspondence and other written materials using office automation tools to ensure quality.
US Citizenship is required.
Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FG/GS-7 or FV-E in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be credible, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
Experience tracking, collecting, and/or analyzing data.
Experience assisting developing administrative procedures for an organization.
