Administrative Assistant

KEPRO is looking for a highly motivated assistant to take on multiple roles in the company. Applicant must have excellent organizational, verbal and computer skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and be detail oriented. Individual must be extremely organized, possess strong time-management skills and a sense of urgency and ability to problem solve. Candidate must be able to multi-task to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deliverables and deadlines under the pressure of a fast paced environment. Handling sensitive/confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality is required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform day to day office operations and administrative support

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference rooms, luncheons and travel arrangements

Maintain multiple calendars and outlook mailboxes

Act as a liaison between internal and external customers, both on the phone as well as in person

Manage and maintain applicable charts, contact lists and various other internal documents

Plan and execute office related events as needed. Organize/facilitate purchases for office luncheons

Monitor, purchase and maintain office supplies in accordance with department purchasing policies

Problem solving skills a must and the ability to work within established procedures to determine appropriate action

Provide ongoing support to management and staff as needed, including but not limited to entering expenses, ordering supplies

Serve as a Human Resources liaison with our corporate office

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed

Attend staff meetings and maintain deliverables, action items and follow ups

Data entry and file maintenance (electronic & hard copy) in accordance to established processes

Other duties and projects as assigned
