Responsibilities:
Reports to Customer Service Supervisor

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and corresponding to customers via email.

The position consists of learning and retaining a working knowledge of new and existing accounts, gathering, entering and verifying customer information, assisting customers with account specific information, explaining products and services and up-selling. You’ll be responsible for meeting metrics, adherence and QA standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of one year previous customer service experience in a call center environment

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

Must demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to customer service

Basic familiarity with computers and computer software with ability to navigate multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications

Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

Advance problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues at a high level of complexity

Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment

Ability to follow policies and procedures including attendance and performance guidelines
