Reports to Customer Service Supervisor
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and corresponding to customers via email.
The position consists of learning and retaining a working knowledge of new and existing accounts, gathering, entering and verifying customer information, assisting customers with account specific information, explaining products and services and up-selling. You’ll be responsible for meeting metrics, adherence and QA standards.
